• Wet your hands: Use clean, running water (warm or cold) to wet your hands. • Apply hand wash: Apply enough hand wash to cover all surfaces of your hands and wrists. • Lather and scrub: Rub your hands together to create a lather. Scrub all surfaces, including the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails, for at least 20 seconds. • Rinse thoroughly: Rinse your hands well under clean, running water. • Dry your hands: Dry your hands with a clean towel or air dryer.
