Metalrite Coast Prime MR200 is an anti-corrosive acid etch primer for all clean galvanized iron and non-ferrous metals. A Pre-treatment primer for new steel surfaces, clean galvanized steel, roof metal sheet and Chromadek. Contains Zinc Phosphate which provides excellent anti-corrosive properties. Itmay be over-coated with a wide range of topcoats such as alkyds, vinyl and water-based acrylic paints.

Application Details
Mixing: Stir thoroughly with a flat paddle before use
Method: Brush, roller or spray
Thinning: Not recommended – Ready for use
Cleaning: Enamel thinners
Drying time: Touch dry – 30min (extend during cold, wet or humid conditions)
Recoating time: 1 hour – not longer than 48 hours
Application: Apply a minimum of two coats
